Crimson Catskills is seeking a property caretaking and onsite living collaboration with a vacation homeowner or investment property owner in the Catskills Park areas of Woodstock, Kingston Township, or West Shokan.

Crimson founder and project lead, Rosie, is available to live onsite and provide professional property caretaking in exchange for private living space on the property, starting on or after Oct 31, 2025. The ideal situation would be for one year.

This arrangement is best suited for second homeowners or investors of properties with separate guest houses or studios onsite - who travel frequently or will be away on sabbatical. Rosie will also consider an agreement that includes living in the main house onsite and providing caretaking services with a reduced rent for the right place/situation.
